Diamondhead is full of community clubs and orginizations for you to join. Learn about each of our clubs in detail below.
Diamondhead Republican Women's Club
The Diamondhead Lions Club received its charter on December 12, 1977 with 36 charter members. The Club currently has approximately 40 very active members. Our primary goal, as with all Lions Clubs, is aiding those with sight and hearing disabilities both financially and with personal support. Our club donates approximately $4,000.00 annually to Lions World Services for the Blind, Arkansas League for the Blind, both in Little Rock, and Mid-South Sight and Hearing Clinic in Memphis, TN.
Additionally, the club is very supportive within the Diamondhead community. Our many activities include our annual golf tournament, held in June each year; publishing the community telephone directory; the annual Jim Hartford Memorial Fishing Derby for mentally and physically challenged children; several community blood drives; recycling programs; crime prevention, and many other projects too numerous to list.
An invitation is always open to those wishing to help those less fortunate and who desire to contribute in the growth and welfare of our community.
The Questers is a private, non-profit, international organization incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania. The purposes of the Questers are to educate by research and study of antiques and to donate funds to the preservation and restoration of artifacts, existing memorials, historical buildings, landmarks, and educational purposes.
Our motto is, "It’s fun to search, and a joy to find."
Diamondhead Questers #941 meets on the second Thursday of every month from September thru May. About half of our meetings are held at the Lodge On The Lake and include lunch and an informative meeting on an appropriate topic such as antique and vintage jewelry, antique papers, etc. Our January meeting is always held at the Lodge On The Lake and is a formal Tea. The remainders of the meetings are field trips to such places as the Historic Arkansas Museum, the Captain Henderson House Bed and Breakfast, or the State Capitol.

Each year or two, depending on how much money we can raise, we do a Preservation and Restoration ( P&R ) Project. Our current project is to clean up the gravesites on Diamondhead and put informational plaques on them and new fences around them.
Annual dues are $30.00.

The Diamondhead Quilters was organized to encourage the art of quilting and provide instruction for its members. It is an opportunity for anyone interested in quilts and quilting – beginners, intermediates and advanced quilters – to improve skills and use their creative and artistic talents.
A portion of each meeting is set aside for a program or demonstration on techniques in which members have expressed an interest. At each meeting, members bring their quilts, or quilt related projects, for membership viewing and inspiration.
Diamondhead Quilters meet the second and fourth Thursday afternoons of each month in member’s homes.

Ladies Bridge Club
Bridge is one of the most popular card games in the world. It is good exercise for your brain and a great way to socialize.
The Diamondhead ladies play a friendly, competitive game of Bridge every Wednesday in the Library of the Diamondhead Country Club. The game begins at 10:00 am, with coffee on hand. At noon they stop for lunch in the Dining Room before completing the remaining rounds. For more information contact:

Mixed Bridge Club
A sociable group of men and women play spirited games of Bridge each Tuesday night at the Diamondhead Country Club beginning at 7:00 pm. This group plays party bridge, 5 rounds, 4 hands to a round, ending usually about 9:30 P M.

Hand 'N' Foot Club
Every Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m., a fun and friendly group of ladies gather at the 19th Hole for a game of Hand ‘n’ Foot, an entertaining game that is a take off of the old favorite, Canasta.
On the 2nd Tuesday night of each month, the Hand ‘N’ Foot group, and their husbands, gather for a “Pot Luck” and game of cards at the clubhouse.
