Diamondhead offers a plethora of recreational activities for residents to enjoy! From swimming to tennis, there's something for everyone!
Swimming Pool
Our beautiful 220,000-gallon Olympic size swimming pool was constructed with the other original buildings in Diamondhead and recently re-lined with a top-of-the line commercial grade liner. It is open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day and always staffed with certified lifeguards. The pool is open each day from 11:00am until 7:00pm. Each Friday, from 7:00pm until 9:00pm, the pool is reserved for adults only.
Kiddie Korral
Diamondhead's Kiddie Korral is located just across from the parking lot serving the Golf Shop and the Diamondhead Grill. The Kiddie Korral is always ready to entertain all kids from 1 to 100!!!
There are a variety of slides, swings, carousels and jungle gyms. The landing areas around the equipment have been made soft and safe for the children. There is also a drinking fountain in the Korral.
We ask that no child be left unaccompanied at the Korral. Parents and grandparents should carefully supervise all activities.
Lake Catherine
Lake Catherine was born in the 1920’s with the construction of Remmel Dam to generate hydroelectric power for a rural Arkansas area. This beautiful clear water lake, with almost 1940 acres of water, is located only minutes from the cities of Hot Springs and Malvern. Starting with Remmel Dam and Lake Catherine State Park on one end and going to Carpenter Dam and Entergy Park on the other end, the lake meanders through the Ouachita Mountains.

Diamondhead is naturally bounded on all 4 sides (2 sides by Lake Catherine and 2 sides by Lake Catherine State Park). We will never be huge and it’s frankly the reason I chose to live here. Our 3000 acres is all we will ever have and will never become a concrete jungle with 45,000 property owners.
