St. Joseph- Mercy Med Center

St. Joseph’s Mercy Cancer Center is certified by the Commission on Cancer (ACoS) of the prestigious American College of Surgeons for offering residents of the Hot Springs area a comprehensive community program. Approval by the ACoS Commission on Cancer is only given to facilities that have voluntarily committed to provide the best in diagnosis and treatment, and that are willing to undergo a rigorous evaluation process and performance review. The Center, which has held the esteemed CoC accreditation since 1992, secured its latest three-year recertification in early 2008, following a physician surveyor's successful on-site visit. We fell in love with the people in Diamondhead the first time we visited. The day we retired, we moved right out of Texas and right into Heaven. Now we have green mountains, wildlife, four seasons and loads of friends. Would we do it all over again? You bet!
