Diamondhead is serviced by three school districts each running daily school bus service morning and afternoon.


Lakeside School District is one of just eighteen schools districts to earn a grade of “A” from the Arkansas Policy Foundation for scoring high on the Iowa Tests of Basic Skills. Lakeside has been distinguished as a Golden Apple Award Winner numerous times. This award is reserved for the top ten public school districts that have achieved academic excellence based on state mandated testing. K-12 Lakeside enrollment is 2832. (2008) The Lakeside athletic department consistently turn out state champions in golf, tennis as well as team sports. Magnet Cove

Magnet Cove School District serves a small portion of Diamondhead. The K-12 school system serves 753 students providing the true small school feeling. Magnet Cove does offer transportation to their students with daily bus service.View Magnet Coves Website.


The Hot Spring county side of Diamondhead is served by Malvern School District. With a K-12 enrollment of 2114, Malvern has a very active athletic department. The Malvern Leopards are always a powerhouse in their division. School busses run daily to and from Diamondhead. View Malverns School Website.
